Pricing & Booking FAQs
I'd include questions around packages, payment, cancellations, rescheduling, whether packages expire, and whether lessons can be shared/transferred.
Payment is required prior to your lesson. Individual lessons and lesson packages can be paid using the payment methods provided when your booking is confirmed.
Lesson packages are paid in full before the first lesson in the package. This secures the package rate and allows your sessions to be scheduled in advance.
Life happens. If you need to change your lesson, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. With sufficient notice, your lesson can be rescheduled subject to availability.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged at the full lesson rate or counted as a session from your package. Exceptions may be considered for genuine emergencies or unexpected circumstances.
If Aura Lume Music needs to cancel your lesson, your session will be rescheduled at no additional cost. Package holders will not lose a lesson.
Yes. Lesson packages are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Any unused lessons should be booked within this period.
Lesson packages are purchased for an individual student and are non-transferable. If friends, siblings or family members would like to learn together, please enquire about group lesson options.
Lesson packages are generally non-refundable once lessons have commenced, except where required under Australian Consumer Law. Exceptional circumstances can be discussed directly with Aura Lume Music.
Yes. Your lessons can evolve as your interests and goals develop. Vocals, guitar, songwriting and performance skills can be incorporated into your lessons depending on what you'd like to achieve.
Absolutely. You don't need to purchase a package to get started. A single lesson is a great opportunity to experience Aura Lume Music, discuss your goals and decide what lesson option suits you.
